Facebook ads plus email for a law firm on a $300 monthly budget
A new law firm with a new website, no assets and a small budget. Free guides promoted on Facebook, followed up by email, built an audience that now sends qualified case evaluation requests every month.

The client
Moore Family Law Group is a rapidly growing, female-led family law firm in Corona, California, handling divorce, prenuptial agreements, mediation, custody and spousal support. They came to us to build awareness in their service area and generate new clients.
The problem
How to acquire new clients with little to no assets, a brand new website, limited audiences and a first-year budget of $300 a month.
What we did
We built assets first: free guides on custody tips, letter templates and similar topics that educate the audience and build trust. Promoted on Facebook, these built a viable audience within a couple of months.
Because the budget was small, email did the follow-up. Each download triggers a campaign around that guide, plus a monthly newsletter. Family law has a long decision cycle, often weeks rather than days, so this combination fits the way people actually decide.
Results
After a full year the results are still improving. Each month brings 30 to over 90 download requests at an average of $4 each, giving the firm the potential client's name, email, phone number and case type. Case evaluation requests started about four months in, and the firm now gets at least four qualified requests a month.
During the pandemic
When California courts closed in 2020, many people assumed they could not adjust custody orders or file for divorce. We produced new guides and videos to clear up the confusion and position the firm as the authority, then asked for the close through email, lead ads and Messenger ads. Case evaluation requests went from about 4 a month to 14 in the first month, and downloads more than doubled.
